P.S. I should add that on my return to the Colony at the end of 1891, I immediately drew attention to the fact that the salary of the Head Master had not been raised on his promotion to the charge of the larger College, and accordingly applied for a Personal Allowance. His Excellency the Governor replied, early in 1892, that it was not then the time to raise this particular question, but soon after the general increase of salaries to raise this part of the question.
